You can start submitting existing evoloon characters.

Here are the rules and instructions:

• You can only submit approved Loonian characters and their companions.
• Evoloons must be approved on DeviantArt first.
• While submitting your character, write in the "Reason" field somewhere on the character page*:
  • Your DeviantArt name if different from your ToyHouse name.
  • The race of your character (ancient, chocolate, etc) to help us put it in the right folder.
  • A link to your approval sheet.
• Only 10 characters a day please, since the mods have to approve them and move them to the folders.
• It's OK if your character has non-official art since TH only allows to submit character to worlds and not specific art.
