Attention all Ghostie enthusiasts: a new species event is coming January 1st - January 7th UTC!

This event is to celebrate the re-launch of the species and will include new Ghostie adopts, ticket and potion sales, raffles, and some fun flash events! Ghostie designs were created by some of our lovely mods and several Guest Artists! Rarities include uncommon, rare, and super rare. Designs will be sold via set price and auction. An official preview of all adopts will be released at a later date.

Hi again, I wanted to release another statement since there’s a continued misunderstanding about myself and the species.

I did not nor did I on the behalf of the species contact an individual and request that she remove or edit her design. I have never claimed that she violated the species nor have I claimed that she violated any sort of copyright. The only thing I have spoken to the individual about is informing her that I did not want, ask, nor instruct anyone to require her to remove or edit the design. The Ghostie community (as a whole) was not involved in the incident, please leave them out of it. I do not want drama for them, for the species, or for myself.

I have discussed this incident with the involved parties in an attempt to resolve the issue. The individual directly involved in the situation has since been removed from the staff team.

I wanted to take a minute to address something that's been brought to my attention as there was a bit of a dispute over a design on Twitter(X). I have discussed the situation with all involved parties. Out of respect for privacy, I will not be detailing the dispute, the parties involved, nor what was discussed, but please know that I have reached out to resolve the issue.

Please do not engage further. This is a sensitive issue. Drama is not something I wish to be involved in, nor do I want any member, Ghostie enthusiast, or the species as a whole to be part of. I do not want anyone to be hurt or mistreated. Please be kind to each other.

Attention Ghostie Enthusiasts! 

Ghosties has undergone an ownership change! Our founder, has decided to step away from the species and has appointed aikosato as the new species owner!  

From this point onwards, all ownership and administrative duties will be handled by Aikosato. 

I'm so excited to bring life back into the species and am excited to get to know all new and existing Ghostie enthusiasts a bit better!
