The official counter for all existing Rafalkiens, including ones created by the Creator of the Species.
Rafs must be submitted here and verified by the species creator, or they will be reported to be taken down. (see below)
If they are under review, they are exempt, but illegally made Rafs will be reported without hesitation. (Message admin about any suspicious Rafs.)
All Rafalkiens must follow all species requirements listed across this "World" pages, or they will be denied until they do so. This includes culture requirements and various other listed requirements.
Actions to ban a user will be taken if necessary.( i've heard of people not paying for closed species and illegally creating one, and i will ban someone who does this. I do not condone this and i will take any action necessary to rectify the situation.)
