GENERAL INFO:

• Megethos (since 2019) is led and developed by Demitsorou in collaboration with a team of artists, coders, and writers.

• Megethos is a fictional science fantasy setting, inhabited by many closed species.

IMPORTANT:

• You must be 18+ to join and participate. No minors allowed.

• Browse Megethos Lore and individual species Lore sections, Syntei and Carnex.

• Syntei, Carnex, and others can be obtained through official adoptable auctions and sales, MYO events, or MYO slot purchases.

• You can only make your own through acquisition of a MYO slot.

• Any species within Megethos universe can be used freely in other settings, paired with characters of other species through writing or drawings.

• When using outside of Megethos, you're free to ignore their official lore, or keeping it. When used with their official lore, please be respectful and attach credit whenever possible.

• You're free to create alt forms for Megethos species (i.e. a human form or feral form) but they will never be officially recognized, and are always soulbound to the original design; meaning you can't sell the Syntei design without also transferring their alternative forms to a new owner, or vise-versa (selling an alt form of a Megethos species without trading the original).

• You're free to create "NPCs" or unofficial designs for your characters to interact with, provided they are marked as such. They will not be officially recognized, and should be soulbound to one of your existing designs. These designs/characters cannot be traded or sold, and are exclusively intended for the personal use. They can be transferred alongside the official design they are bound to.

• Megethos species are not allowed to be illustrated, written, etc. in offensive, illegal, or hateful situations or acts.

• Credit the species to Demitsorou (either their twitter Demitsorou or by linking the main page of Megethos).

• When trading, selling, or gifting, please always link the species rules and lore.

• Sell/trade cooldown on all species is 2 weeks.

• Trading any of the Megethos's Species for an existing species or artworks is allowed.

• Re-selling is only allowed for the initial value.

• Sellers (Demitsorou or guest artists) are allowed to refuse sales for any reason based on their fair discretion.

• All payments are done through Paypal or Ko-Fi.

• No refunds after the purchase.

• Free Event MYOs cannot be sold or traded and are account-bound. You can gift them or return them to Demitsorou to be raffled out.

• MYOs gotten through patreon pledge cannot be sold, and you must contact Demitsorou before deciding to get rid of it.

• Any of the species are allowed to be redesigned, as long as the original design is recognizable.

• Redesigns that include changes to overall colors and markings are allowed around once a month.

• Total redesigns are not allowed.

• This list contains user that cannot participate in the world's activities, cannot buy or trade designs, and interact in any way.

• Breaking any of the rules will get you a warning. Subsequent warning will result in you being banned.

• Harassment and abuse towards the owners of Megethos's species, moderators, or admin will not be tolerated.

• Spoofing a species or adopt, as well as any unfair transactions, will result in your ban.
