I am reusing my conceptual "amateur radio lobbying organization" characters for this project. Their designs will continue to be inspired by their root organizations, but there will be changes made for this universe. I really loved the characters I'd created so far and wanted to give them a proper place.

The characters will be referred to as their given names- i.e. ARRL is not ARRL but Elanor, JARL is not JARL but Ann, UARL is not UARL but Daria, etc. In addition, the characters were originally designed to be natives to their respective countries, but in this universe, the characters will predominantly be Americans who's parents, grandparents, etc emigrated from the countries from which they were inspired.
