Common rarity Niblems are completely free to make. After you've created your Niblem, all you need to do is get it's design verified! To do this, send me a private message containing your desired design. If everything is up to code, your Niblem will be added to the World and considered legitimate. 

Uncommon and rare rarity Niblems are closed until further notice.
