//: MUTATIONS & RARITY

An overview of mutations from apocalyptic fallout. Nevidians are normal pons/equine who have been exposed to nuclear fallout and passed on their consequential mutations through generations. Most strong mutations end up fatal, but a few have managed to pass on their mutated bloodlines.  A list of mutations and their rarity listed below. Mutations are NOT limited to this list but are subject to admin review before acceptance. 

Mutations only create features already occurring in a Nevidian's DNA. For example, a Nevidian does not have the dna for wings, horns, claws, etc. Mutations may, though, duplicate or grow/shrink existing features. Ears, eyes, limbs, teeth, etc.

Due to their mutated bloodlines, Nevidian's blood have turned neon, and begun to glow vividly. All Nevidians share this trait unless in the rare case of a Nevidian crossing with a Pyraxos [Ghoul].

For every mutation, a Nevidian is granted -10 years to their base lifespan expectancy [100]. Every mutation adds a +10% to their overall radiation percentage. 

//: CYBERNETIC ENHANCEMENTS & RISKS

An overview of Cybernetic enhancements and the medical risk to do with them. There is always a chance of bodily rejection every time a new modification is made. This risk is increased [narratively] of the enhancement is not done by a Cybernetic professional in a licensed medical facility. Unlicensed Cybernetic dealers/surgeons are forbidden by law, and considered a federal crime. 

For every Cybernetic enhancement, a Nevidian is granted +10 years to their base lifespan expectancy [100]. Every Cybernetic enhancement adds a +10% to their overall Cybernetic percentage. 

There are several different kind of Cybernetic enhancements;

External— Enhanced or extra limbs, or body parts including body parts not naturally occuring in nevidians like horns, wings, claws, etc. All Nevidians are permitted [1] optional small Cybernetic enhancement for free upon creation.

Gear— Due to the means of obtaining cybertech gear being similar to biological enhancements [illegal except from government regulated merchants at high prices] Possession of Cybertech gear will also be assessed during the creation review process. Gear includes anything not biologically attached to your Nevidian. These can be weapons, armor, and bots.  All Nevidians are permitted [1] optional small weapon for free upon creation. All weapons are considered illegal in the city of New Nevidia except by authorized personnel. 

Internal— These enhancements are done to increase biological and sensory function. These enhancements are EXTREMELY risky, but may grant enhanced eyesight, hearing, or cognitive function based on the chosen enhancements.
