SPECIES INFO: GEANTRICS

Geantrics are a general species of anthropomorphic animals (widely known as furries) that live on an island
specially designed for them to be able to live without the need of humans.

They originated many years prior to the humans, but evolved rather slow compared to them.
They were stolen from their original culture and resources by the humans, hence why
they have what they call "generational rivalry".

Geantrics have two known subspecies that live together on the island, Subtype A and Subtype C.
(Named by human scientists after research)
There's theories of a third subtype that happened between the
evolution of A and C, nicknamed Subtype B,
There's no actual proof of its existence, as it's thought to be extinct.

This genetic difference is not harmful to either Geantric, and the reason for
its occurrence is unknown. It's completely random, as theres records of two
Subtype C Geantrics having a Subtype A baby Geantric.

Some scientists theorize it's due to a specific gene all Geantrics have that
is affected while still in the early stages of developing in the womb, yet, there is no
proof as Geantrics are born within 6 months of development, since they grow faster.
Also, tampering with a Geantric embryo in its early stages could put both
the birther's life and the baby's life in grave danger.

while Geantrics of the Subtype C are thought to be more civilized, reasonable and put-together.

There's no proof of these thoughts whatsoever, yet humans and Subtype C Geantrics
believe in this since Subtype A Geantrics have more "animal-esc" features, while Subtype C Geantrics
present more "human-esc" features.

The only visible differences in these features are their face shape, hands/paws, and back legs.

FACE

As seen below, Subtype A Geantrics appear to have a longer snout, similar to a wolf's and more tuffs of fur
around the area of the cheeks. They also appear to have sharper teeth.
Their face is a bit wider compared to Subtype C.

On the other hand, Subtype C Geantrics have a shorter snout, similar to a cat's and
less tuffs of fur around their cheeks, and their teeth are more similar to a human's.
Their face is a bit more narrow compared to Subtype A.

As it appears below, Subtype A Geantrics have larger and rounder hands, thicker arms,
more fur on their arms and paws, less defined wrists, thicker and longer claws, as well as
larger and more defined paw pads.

Subtype C Geantrics have thinner arms, more defined wrists, narrow hands,
shorter and thinner claws, thinner "fingers" and smaller paw pads.

BACK LEGS

As seen below, the most obvious difference Subtype A Geantrics present is their knees, they
are more similar to a wolf's. They appear with more fur and they cause Subtype A Geantrics
to lean forward when standing up. Their paws are more similar to a feral animal, appearing larger
and having "claws" which are retractable but not uncomfortable to have out.

Opposite to this, Subtype C Geantrics present more "human-like" legs and paws looking a lot
more like a human foot, no claws are seen in these at all.

develop the same way regardless of their Subtype, even then, Subtype A Geantrics
are believed to be inferior by others.
