Due to a mix of an unfixable spike in inflation with Shellems, and the purpose of the currency entirely being changed from back when the currency was scrapped for the species to be initially opened. We have decided to make a new currency (Lucents) that will be used for members to buy items that cover things that is both anatomy breaking as well as a small handful of unreleased clans. Although technically this would make us Semi-open, we promise that everything known currently is free to use and it always will be, only 3 deeply lore related clan FORMS will be restricted, which have not been released and won't be for a while.
 
Some difference between lucents and Shellems is that Lucents are that Lucents will never have any conversion rate with other currencys and can only be used in our community space. Items will NOT be made/used to restrict any type of traits or gatekeep ideas, so all clan forms & traits known currently to the public will be free to use, with only anatomy breaking features being exclusively staff restricted that others can buy into only with Lucents that can be earned by participating in events and group activities. On top of this, you'll be able to purchase spink base packs made by both the community and moderators, buy adopts, and enter exclusive currency-to-buy raffles.


The currency can ONLY be obtained in events, Being active as a FA, as well as for every 50 Lucent Shards, earned on our discord server.

If you are looking to be reimbursed for the removal of Shellems from the removal of them, we understand this, but due to usage differences and the old inventory being removed, it cannot be converted into our new currency as we have no record of what amount anyone actually had.
