ART-
LORE-
- sean predicted a first round down against dominic at the press conference, but this prediction was flipped on its head when dominic got a down on sean in the first round
- julio and leo's fight was bloody, as they both had a similar 'slugger' style. in the end, julio's win was only thanks to sheer willpower, since the two of them were evenly matched otherwise. this fight would start julio's mad dash to the top of the WBC rankings, while leo was forced to reflect on why he had lost.
- leo went into the fight a new man, having recently been able to seek help for his issues. he was determined to prove himself to his past and to his sister, and was crushed by the loss. ultimately, though, he grew from this loss and became a better boxer and a better man as he learned from these mistakes.
- julio went into the fight determined to win, and he saw leo's ranking as a stepping stone to the WBC title. throughout the match, all that was on his mind was his 'promise' to aleksi ivanov of being able to fight him again on the world stage. he was determined not to lose for the sake of this goal and for the sake of his pride, not wanting aleksi to see him fall so early on.
