Patchtera  is the world of the Luckcharms, a closed species created by  DexinDraws. Luckcharms are cute little plush like creatures who live in  a world parallel to our own. They are made from discarded plushies and  lost toys; brought to life by a magical being known as The Weaver. And  they get their name from the magical "Lucky Charm" that they have  attached to their tails.
