GROUP RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Community
🐉 Anyone is welcome to join the group whether they own an Ampha or not! You must be 13 years or older to join. Joining the world is not required if you own an Ampha, however, you are still held accountable for recognizing these rules.
🐉 Please be respectful to staff and group members. We reserve the right to kick members for bad behavior towards staff and/or members.
🐉 Please stay on topic! Please don't discuss other species, and keep negativity and drama out the door.
🐉 Keep venting, hate, ranting, politics, rumors, drama, namedropping, whining, guilt tripping, begging, and self-derogatory comments strictly outside of the species. Mild swearing is allowed, but use of slurs is absolutely not tolerated. Please use content warnings as intended for sensitive subjects and NSFW. Participating in bad behavior and/or risking exposing minors to unmarked adult content may lead to a ban from the species.
We have a zero tolerance policy on any immoral content (pedophilia, nazism, incest, beastiality...etc) and discriminatory content (homophobia, transphobia, racism...etc), and any user found in possession/participation of these things will be banned, regardless if an Ampha was involved in the content or not.

🐉 Plagiarism in art and designs is strictly forbidden from the group. Submitting traced, heavily copied, and stolen art is not allowed, and can lead to a ban from participating in the species.

2. Species
🍨 Amphas are a Closed Species owned by Akushiyama! Closed Species meaning that you may not make your own (MYO) without a MYO slot. You may not make adoptables using our species name without permission either.
🍨 You are free to customize and storybuild your characters however you wish in any appropriate context! You do not have to keep your character within lore of the species.
🍨 RESALE RULES: You may trade and gift your Amphas freely. You may only resell/voucher for a higher price than obtained for if your Ampha has NEW artwork YOU yourself have obtained for them. This covers both commissioned and quality personal art. Trades, gifts, low effort sketches, art the Ampha previously came with, or, if DTA adopt, DTA art shouldn't be factored.
Free Finished MYOs can only be traded and gifted and are not eligible for resale until additional artwork has been obtained.
If this freedom is abused and frequent scalping or scamming incidents occurs, it will result in changing of this rule to require proper mod-approved appraisals for resale.
🍨 MYO slots will be tracked in the Ampha Bank. Free unused MYO slots may only be traded or gifted. Paid usused MYOs may be resold/vouchered max at price purchased for. Unusued MYOs cannot be appraised (aka resold for money higher than obtained for).
🍨 Items and Trait Upgrades will be tracked in the Ampha Bank. Please notify the Bank if you are giving your items to another person!
In-species Currency and Items may be traded and gifted, however may not be sold for or vouchered involving real world currency or electronic currencies with real world values (eg, dA points).
🍨 The Masterlist is currently outdated and in need of an update, so please take care in verifying legitimacy when buying, and participate in trading with good faith.You are required to update and inform the Masterlist if a design you own has been transferred to a new owner. Otherwise, we will not recognize the new owner as the current owner of the design and will not be liable for scam compensation.
🍨 Permission to host artwork on our (future) Masterlist is required for an Ampha design to be accepted. Once permission to host art has been given, it cannot be revoked. You may replace an image with another artist's work with permission, however, at least one image of the design must be visible at all times.
🍨 Ampha designs are intended for personal use only. Amphas cannot be used for commercial profit, such as commercial VTubing, and mass making prints and merchandise to sell.
NON-Ampha alternate versions/AUs of a design may be allowed to be used for commercial purposes at the discretion of the original designer's TOS and permission.
🍨 Co-ownership will not be officially recognized by the group, and only one person at any one time can be the sole owner of an Ampha listed on the Masterlist.
🍨 You may integrate a personal OC you own into an Ampha with both a MYO slot and permission from the designer. If the designer's TOS mentions they allow turning their design into a CS, that counts as permission; otherwise please ask the designer directly first! Vice versa, making alternate versions or AUs of an Ampha is allowed. Please understand that all versions of the design are LOCKED to each other and may not be sold/traded/gifted/etc separately.
🍨 Design plagiarism/theft can result in an immediate ban. Please do not heavily reference other’s characters; there cannot be anything heavily resembling a copyrighten character or content in any Ampha designs. Sibling designs may only be created if both the current owner and designer of the Ampha in question permit it.
🍨 For design edit and redesign rules, Amphas may be redesigned as long as the new design remains recognizable to the old design and doesn't look like a completely new MYO. You may Downgrade traits, add new Common traits for free, and switch same rarity traits around for free (eg, changing glider wings to dragon wings, both Uncommon rarity). To add new higher rarity traits to your Ampha, you will need Trait Upgrades. All redesigns must be reapproved by a mod!
Note, changing hairstyle, hair length, outfits, and gender is completely fine to do at any time and does not need mod approval.
🍨 You may void an Ampha from the species if you wish to. To do this, please send a PM to Akushiyama titled "Ampha void request"
The design may return back into the species again with a MYO slot. Please note, voiding does not refund you a MYO Slot or trait upgrades you have used.
🍨 If one is banned from the group, owned characters will NOT be revoked, but will be voided from the species and no longer be recognized as official Amphas.
