Parakits Species ToS
These are the terms of service regarding the original species, Parakits. Please read before making exchanges, or even creating one.
Sales:
Parakits can be sold, but cannot be sold unless it is an adopt, or you have owned them for at least a month.
If offering for art, currency, designs, etc., Please keep sales under $15 USD
We would prefer for Parakits to not be sold for real currency, but it is still allowed. Please do not sell them offsite without permission from the designer.
It is also asked if you could maintain a worthlog. Effective June 19, 2021, Parakit owners who have possession of a Parakit past this date are to maintain a worth log. It isn't required, just preferred. If you're Parakit was made before this date, it is not expected of you to do so.
All MYO slots that are purchased go to the group DA account (found in the desc!), but adopts are sent to the designer, not the group!
Creation & Invalid Parakits:
All Parakits must have their traits listed in their bio, and if deemed "illegal", must be fixed immediately. This applies to MYO events only. Adopts received from valid creators are automatically legal, no matter what traits they posses.
Adopts and Customs:
Only Moderators and Admins may create Adopts and customs based off of the Species. Each person of this rank may create up to three Adopts every 24 hours, unless otherwise noted. This is to keep the amount of Parakits under control as the Species is developing. When sending an Adopt or custom to someone, or creating an Adopt or Custom in general, submit the image under the character "Parakit Masterlist", which can be found amongst @-CappuccinoGremlin-'s characters in the Parakit Folder, as well as the custom or Adopt you created. This is to control the creation and keep track of the species.
To add to this, some people have had confusion of what an overpowered Parakit will be. There should be a balance between high rank traits and normal traits (for example, two uncommon traits and a Legendary). There should be enough traits to select in order to keep the balance. Just make sure you don't go crazy with the high rank traits. Parakit adopts don't have to be individually checked or verified unless they posses a Legendary trait. In such cases, only an admin or higher ranked individual may verify them. In other cases, an admin or founder can dismiss any Adopts if they feel they violate the ToS. If you find an illegal Parakit but cannot dismiss it, please contact an admin or the founder.
