By participating in this species, you agree to these terms and recognize the consequences that will result from breaking them.
🧶 Commerce Rules
- All sockop sales are final. This includes adoptables, items, and MYO tickets.
- MYO payment must be turned in within 24 hours of purchase confirmation, or you will not receive your purchase.
- There is no cooldown on trades of sockop adoptables, and there is a one-week cooldown on trades for MYO tickets. Breaking this rule will result in sockop trade suspension.
- You may only resell sockop adoptables and MYOs for the same price it was purchased for. You are only allowed to raise the value of your purchased content with commissioned material or your own added art. Keep receipts to make sure such appraisals are verifiable. We will pursue and punish intentional inflators and price gougers.
- No sockop properties are allowed to be traded to users without a Toyhou.se account, or on Amino apps. If you catch a user doing this, please alert a moderator.
🧵 Blacklist and Punishment
- Controversial, criminal, and inflammatory content is prohibited from the sockop community. Users that engage in or condone criminal, controversial, or inflammatory content will be banned and blacklisted to protect our userbase. These subjects include and are not limited to bigotry, nazism, pedophilia, incest etc..
- Users with a recent history of scamming are on grounds for blacklisting. Please report any users found scamming (or users who are known scammers) to Noxus or Gamzyeet. Based on the circumstance, we will use our best judgment to decide if that user's actions necisitate blacklisting.
- Staff reserves the right to void ownership and value of merchandise (adoptables, MYO tickets) sold to/owned by blacklisted individuals.
- Do not harass users listed on the blacklist. Users found engaging in harassment toward any blacklisted individuals may be blacklisted themselves.
This list is not all-encompassing and will be updated per circumstance. Some punishments will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Users may be punished for offenses unlisted in these terms, and the terms will be updated to reflect these consequences.
