Nope! You don't need a myo ticket to redesign an existing fountain tiger<3 but if you're going to do a bigger redesign we ask you get permission from the OG designer! Also for a redesign, you may add more water or move water placement, just can't make them have less water aa
Could I change the color of the water? Could I also change the fish tail to water if I wanted or do I need to keep the fish tail?

You may change the color of the water! If it is a big change we would like you to get the redesign approved
you could keep the tail fish shaped but made of water, or get rid of the fish tail n make it a normal tail, just know when redesigning, you will not be able to go back again to the fish tail without buying the trait, and you can add more water but never take away water, so be sure you want to keep the amount of water you add!
Both of these changes are considered major, you're completely allowed to do it but we'd like to approve the new design! Happy designing <3
