TERMS OF SERVICE

• Harassment or discrimination based on race, sexuality, and/or gender. Any discriminatory behaviour that takes place within the species will be dealt with accordingly, as it is under no circumstances acceptable nor welcome here. If users are found to participate in discriminatory acts outside of the species, we will also take that to account and deal with the matter. There is no strike policy on this.
• Users who are found to participate in morally disgusting acts such as bestiality, pedophilia, child pornography, incest, etc., whether REAL OR FICTION, will be removed and banned. There is no strike policy on this.
• Using the words "loli", "shota", "trap" and "femboy" are banned within the species. We do not wish to be associated with these terms. However, we will not police their use outside of species spaces.

NSFW submissions are not permitted to be submitted within official species spaces (ie., Discord server, dA group). If your character is of age, we will not police NSFW content created of PHENOMATA. This is fine as long as it is outside of the aforementioned. If NSFW content is created of a PHENOMATA, it is not permitted to be traded to anyone underage. NSFW content is not, under any circumstances, allowed to be created of a minor's PHENOMATA/for a minor.

• Purchases of MYO slots and adoptables are non-refundable. Please understand this before making any purchases.
• You may resell slots and adoptables for the amount that you purchased them for. If there is extra art included with a design, please price it accordingly. We will not police this unless it is noticeably inflated, so please do not inflate it more than it should be worth.
• There is no cooldown to slots, adopts, or MYOs. They may be traded or resold at any time, for whatever you want to trade for.

While the Phenomata community grows, so does our duty in keeping the users in it safe. This blacklist contains people who have committed egregious offenses. They have either repeatedly ignored/broken the TOS, or their past actions have made it so that the moderators would not want them in the community in the first place. Blacklisting is not taken lightly, and in most cases, it is irreversable.

Those who are blacklisted are not allowed to partake in any sort of Phenomata event. This includes slot sales, adoptable sales, raffles, holiday events, or earning prompts. They are not allowed to receive slots via trade, gift, or resale. Lastly, they are not allowed to own a Phenomata or recieve one via trade, gift, or resale. Please do not harass anyone on this list.

If you know a user on the list who is ban evading in order to participate in the Phenomata closed species, please let the moderators know privately. Those who trade Phenomata knowingly with blacklisted users will be subject to consequence or blacklisting as well.
