At a time when the earth was young and mankind feared to approach the untamable mountains and forests of the continent, the Equinox Solsticae were the only creatures capable of maintaining the careful balance of the natural world that came and fled with the seasons. Mankind has been regarded in many ways by the Equniox. Companions. Friends. Destroyers. With their magical influence over the natural world damaged in the aftermath of The Great Burn, the Equinoxes fled to the most remote corners of the continent where humans rarely venture. However, after centuries of isolation, Equinoxes have once again become curious about the humans and the marks they leave on mother-earth. Likewise mankind, with their advancing science and technology, are becoming sceptical that their ancestors even exterminated the Equinox to begin with.
