can change the design’s outfits, ‘original’ body type, gender, add attributes like wings/tails/horns/etcetera, upon purchase. However, These edits cannot directly be made to the original design file provided upon purchase. The owner will have to re-draw the design or commission someone else to do so.

can only be resold equual or lower value unless additional art has been added
Terms of Service - Adoptables
By ordering a design from me, user user ("the Artist"), you ("the Owner", "(s)he/ they") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected/ cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/ or a blacklist/ public service announcement. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice.
These Terms of Service are in effect as of Feb. 19, 2021
- The Artist has a right to upload the adopt on any/ all social media ( Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram, etc.).
- All adopts will be .PNG with dimensions ranging from 1000px - 3000px+ at 72DPI.
- All adopts will be sent via e-mail as a .PNG file
- The buyer may request alternate images such as alternate colour palette*, design tweaks*, no background, etc.
*may require additional chrages.

Section 2 - Image and Usage Rights
- The Owner may make minor edits to the adopt (ex. Cropping, Adding text/ borders, Changing Brightness/ Contrast/ Hue/ Saturation...).
- The Owner may use the adopt art for personal/ non-commercial use, but only if proper credit to the Artist (@CuckooHoopoe) and a linkback to any of the Artist's social media ( Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram) is provided.
- The Owner may not claim the design as his/ her/ their own work, whether (s)he/ they did or did not make any edits to the art.
- The Owner may use the design and artwork as a character reference, in banners, icons, profile pictures, etc., when properly credited.

- Payment is to be made upfront.
- Payment is to be made via PayPal only.
- PayPal payment is to be done in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
- PayPal payment is be done using invoices. The Artist will require the Owner's PayPal e-mail.
- The Owner does not need to pay extra for any of the PayPal fees.
- Payment must be sent within 72 hours after confirmation.
- There will be absolutely no refunds
