Co-ownership of any Stitch-I-Mal is not allowed without permission! Contact The owner or main admin on this!
Any and all Stitch-I-Mals must be credited to the Doll-Maker Nik-L-Nips no exceptions!
All designs are for non-commercial purposes only
NO NFT of any sort of ANYTHING Stitch-I-Mal related!

When Trading/Selling your doll please join the discord and trade in the transfer ticket channel. OR Contact Nik-L-Nips on TH in DMs
Upon selling the doll to another person, the current owner agrees to transfer all ownership rights to the new owner. If you do not agree to this, then do not sell the doll
You CANNOT sell the doll for more than what you paid UNLESS you have additional PAID artwork done for the doll. Gift art and personal art do not count.
You are free to keep a worth tracker to show the overall worth of all art done for your doll but please still know you can not sell the doll for more than what you paid and only paid artworks count towards higher pricing of dolls (We will ask for proof of what you spent on artwork).

As you are the owner of a paid Stitch-I-Mal, you are free to make edits to your Dollie as long as it is minor, just please keep a Old Reference gallery on record. Traits CANNOT be changed unless purchased either by USD or by Star Stitch Tickets.
When making edits to your doll please be sure the doll is still recognizable to its original creation look.
Alter Buttons are available for larger edits! (Minor edits are clothing, hair color, adding freckles, Hair length, Gender Change)

You may void/remove/retire a Dollie front the species completely.
To Do this contact The DollMaker Nik-L-Nips and they will talk over the process with you in DMs
To place the Dollie back into the species Contact Nik-L-Nips

Warnings will be given for minor offenses.
The following courses of action may be taken depending on the minor offense such as: Ability to use Discord, you will be in Time-Out for up to a week at most depending on the offense. Stitchi-I-Mal events and buying or adopting any Stitchi-I-Mals as well as custom requesting.
Serious offenses will result in blacklist and banning from the Discord and world.
