Common and Uncommon DO NOT require Masterlist placement, however you can ask for your doll to be approved still and if you want them on the Masterlist. Otherwise it is not required AS LONG AS you follow the rules! ONLY COMMON AND UNCOMMON TRAITS!
Yes, Dolls can close their eyes, blink, they just can not sleep. Closed stitched eyes or buttons are fine as well as the closed happy eyes expression.
Yes, Dolls can open their mouth, just know that all dolls with the exception of Corrupted, have all fabric in the mouth, including the tongue. The tongue can be designed any way you like. Corrupted dolls are the only dolls with actual teeth. This also applies to Haunted IF the doll that is haunted was previously corrupted.
Yes, your doll can be humanoid or anthro/furry. To save space on the traits guide we just didn't include a lot of those examples.
About "Sets". If you make a common doll, you are only permitted 1 set of each thing such as 1 set of arms, legs and so forth, this also includes anthro/furry parts as well like ears, tail, etc. If you make a Uncommon Doll, you are allowed to have an extra set such as 2 tails, 4 ears, 4 arms, and so forth due to the extra set! This increases as the rarity goes up.
Life orbs MUST increase depending on your slot type. This requirement does NOT apply to Corrupted or Haunted Dolls UNLESS the doll is upgrading from a lower tier to Corrupted or Haunted Status.

Basic Stitch
Basic stitching is merely a simple seam line with a tiny thread bow at the end.

Smooth Seam
Often the most popular due to its clean look. This is a carefully done seamline that blends and pulls the fabric, making a nearly invisible seam.

X Stitch
Neatly done and often considered a bit old-fashioned, the X Stitch pattern brings a slightly unique look to the heart access.

Snap Backing
An easy but neat way to hide the heart access. The snap backing can have anywhere from 1 to as many snap closures as you'd like. The buttons can be plain or decorated, or simply covered up under the fabric. Totally up to you!

Velcro
Very strong velcro for closing the heart access. Can be a small section or go down the entire back, and can be either vertical or horizontal.

Stitched Ribbon
One of the most popular heart access points shared among dolls. Ribbon of various colors and styles are sewn into the fabric like a corset, and tied all together with a small sized bow at the base of the back.

Lock and Key
A more secure method to the heart access. The doll has a zipper trail that can be either vertical or horizontal and ends with a small lock and key. The lock itself can be any style and shape while the key can be small and worn as a piece of jewelry, charm or other form of accessory.

Lace
Some dolls tend to be fragile, delicate, and often their heart access can show that. Lace can be a small portion or the entire back and in any shape or style. Patterns can be anything as long as it all resembles lace. The color of the lace does not matter and if you want to add little frillies to the edges of the lace, that is fine too!

Large Ribbon
A medium to large ribbon can be on the back of the doll. The trail to the ribbon can be anything from basic stitching to stitched in ribbon from the lower tiers.

Keyhole and Key
At times, some dolls become a bit more unique, so these dolls were given a keyhole and key for extra security. The keyhole can be any shape or style as long as it resembles a keyhole, and the key can be the same way as long as it resembles a key. With mutated dolls, the rest of the heart access outside of the keyhole can also be designed any style from the lower tiers.

Basic Buttons
Basic button eyes can be any color and have anywhere from 2-4 holes for thread to go through. Their shape remains round and can have a little shine to them.

Stitched
Some dolls don't have anything but thread for eyes. The shape can be anything, doesn't have to be X marks. This also works for dolls that have mixed eyes or are missing an eye. Eyes can also be stitched closed and either look like they are sleeping or happy! Be creative!

Blended
These eyes are generally oval shaped but not always. Some have lashes and some don't. They also contain 2 colors that blend into one another and shine just a bit due to the more glossy plastic.

Imprint
These eyes are mostly know for being black as a base, but you can blend with up to 2 colors. These eyes are very glossy, and have an imprint in them from hearts, pawprints or more; a single shape that helps go along with the theme of the doll.

Flower Eyes
Flower eyes come in 2 forms: One form is merely a resin or glass eye with a flower inside or flower design. The other is an actual flower that is kept alive by the magic within the doll. The flower can be any type. and is stitched into the doll by the rare, golden thread which helps provide life to the flower.
Corrupt/Haunted Variant: The flower for corrupt and haunted dolls must show signs of being withered/wilting due to the leaking/loss of magical energy from the doll.

Gemstone/Crystal
Gemstone eyes are eyes that are molded to fit the doll and can vary in shape. The stones can be any type of gemstone or crystal.

Galaxy
These eyes represent the strong connection between a doll and the magical energy that came from a Star Baby. These eyes are rarely seen and when looked into, you could almost see the entire galaxy system.

Shaped and Styled Buttons
Though not often seen, some buttons got moulded out of shape and thus resembles various items instead. Mutated dolls can also have their eyes changed to anything from hearts, flowers, stars, rain drops and other various shapes. This also includes round buttons with shapes inside of them as well.

Wooden Body
Wooden dolls can be wooden all over except the heart access. Joint areas can have a hinge or a pin to help the limbs bend and move. The heart access fabric is hot glued to the wood and magically seals itself.
You can have small flowers on the wooden parts of the body.
Mutated Note: If you have a mutated trait or slot, you can have the keyhole and key option carved into the back of the doll.

Leather
As leather can be stitched together, the entire doll from head to toe can be full leather. The doll can have stitching or studs along the seams, or both! Leather dolls require a bit of love as they do dry out over time and need to be cared for. If forgotten, the leather can eventually begin to crack.
Mutated Note: If you have a mutated leather doll, you can have cracks, signs of severe dryness and damages to the leather.

Glass
Glass dolls are the most fragile and are often kept on a shelf or carefully placed on soft surfaces. Due to the inability to bend glass, glass dolls can be glass anywhere except for joint areas unless the entire limb is solid glass. Glass areas can be hollow, filled with liquid, have floating objects, and so forth. Be creative! The chest area must glow if made of glass, as that is the heart of the doll.
Corrupted Note: Glass can be cracked and leak liquid or cracked enough to be empty.

Resin
Resin dolls are similar to the glass dolls, however, the resin can be molded into any shape on the doll! The heart access must remain fabric based and is generally hot glued to the resin. Inside the resin can be anything, so long as any objects remain still. If the chest is made of resin, like the glass dolls, it must glow slightly as the heart of the doll resides there.
Corrupted Note: Resin can be cracked, chipped, etc. with magical energy leaking out.

Anthro & Misc. Features
Common: Only 1 set of each limb is allowed.
Uncommon: Able to have small wings. Can have an additional set of only ONE (1) type of limb. Ex: 2 pairs of legs.
Rare: Able to have golden thread, halo, and/or large wings. Can have an additional set of TWO (2) types of limbs. Ex. 2 pairs of ears and 2 sets of horns, etc.
Mutated: Unlimited amount of any limbs as well as the option to have spikes emerge from the body or other various things.
Common to Mutated
Life Orbs
Life orbs are required on all dolls regardless of slot. Life orbs are the tether between the orb and the heart access. This allows the doll to come to life. The more complicated the doll, the more life orbs are required to supply magical energy enough to move the doll. If a life orb becomes cracked or damaged, the doll can become corrupted, resulting in eventual death. However, it is said there is a way to save them if you can find the Star Baby who is connected to that specific magical energy type.
Life orbs can be anything from balls of cotton to floating lamps, small creatures etc. The Life orbs are just as much alive as the doll and always float around the head, unless held by the doll.
Common Dolls: 1 Life orb
Uncommon Dolls: 2 Life orbs.
Rare Dolls: 3 Life Orbs.
Mutated Dolls: 4 Life Orbs.
Corrupted: Life orb count can not exceed 4 and 1 orb must at least be damaged/leaking magical energy.
Haunted: Life orb can still float but damage must be present somewhere on the orb.

A twisted smile or angry face.
Visible damage, cracks, chipped sections, rips, tears, stuffing hanging out, leaking liquid from glass, broken limbs, etc on the body.
At least 1 life orb visibly damaged and leaking magicl energy.
Leaking magical energy somewhere on the body.
The eyes can be missing completely and full of more magical energy seeping out.
Corrupted Dolls are in a sense, evil, and it must reflect somehow.

Haunted Doll
Haunted Dolls do not have any specific traits, they are taken over by ghosts and djinns. However, the ghost or djinn can also become affected by the remnants of the magical energy thus changing the original ghost's personality. This often happens if a doll is taken over too soon after it's passing if not found and repaired.

About Ghosts
Ghosts overall can share features of the doll in terms of ears. No inner ears are allowed. They can also have their own facial expressions.
Ghosts can also have tongues in various styles, colors and patterns!

Ghost
Ghosts can emergy from any damaged area on the doll, the heart access, eyes, ears and so forth. It can also emerge as a limb if it wants. Ghosts can also keep the life orbs floating even though the orbs are no longer actice, just to keep up the impersonation that the doll is still "alive". This is often done when ghosts are bored. Once a ghost or djinn has taken over, the doll is beyond saving, even by the parent Star Baby.

Djinn
Uncommon dolls have the chance to be taken over by a Djinn. Djinns are often various colors and wear some form of accessory or cuff on their arms or tail. Unlike basic ghosts who have a straightfoward shape, Djinns have a misty and wavy like tail trail.
Rare
Duo Ghosts or Djinns
Rare dolls are often taken over by either 2 ghosts, 2 djinns or 1 of each. They each have their own personality and often work together to operate the doll due to the amount of energy required.
Mutated
Mutated Ghost
These ghosts or djinns become slightly converted often resulting in several arms, tail trails, eyes, and even endure deformity in their shape.
Djinn's accessories also convert to things such as spikey cuffs, chains, belts and other various items that stray from the overall magical look they used to have.
Corrupted
Corrupted Ghost
These ghosts share all the properties of the corrupted doll, and often very evil in apperance. These ghosts and Djinns lost their kindness due to the flow of damaged energy and thus in a sense, "revives" the doll into a undead state and carries on with negative intent. This applies to Djinns as well.
