Creation
Toy Cherubs are a Closed Species. You are not allowed to create them freely. Please see the group for announcements of when MYO events are open, when raffles or sales are hosted, and for availability of MYO tickets.
When receiving a MYO ticket, please be sure to follow the instructions provided with it, such as only creating it with a certain overall rarity, making sure it has appropriate traits for its type, etc.
Ownership
Toy Cherubs will have their own ARPG, however, they are also a largely worldless species, so you are allowed to use them in your own stories. Just be sure to follow the species' lore, and give proper credit.
You are not obligated to participate in group events if you own a TC design, but be aware this means you may not be able to achieve certain traits, as they will be locked behind in-game currency which is gained through participation.
Please be sure to link to the species World in any folders or character entries you might have.
Raffles, Trades, and Sales
Raffles are small events where a selection of designs are made available. Once you meet certain requirements, you will be given a 'lot' and added to the list of participants. When lots are drawn, if you win, you will receive a design. As you received this design for free, you are not allowed to immediately resell it. If you really do not want it, you may trade it in the group's trade forum.
You are allowed to trade designs between others in the group, or to those outside the group. If trading to somebody who is a First Time Owner, please provide them a link to Toy Cherubs and their information. Trade fairness is based on participants' agreement. If you agreed to the trade, you are not allowed to go back on it once the exchange has been made. As such, trading a Rare for a Common is perfectly fine so long as the participants are alright with it. Keep in mind, however, of Trade Cooldown.
You are allowed to sell designs after their Trade Cooldown is over. When a Toy Cherub is given to another user, it goes into a Trade Cooldown state, where it cannot be traded or sold for a certain amount of time (noted in the ownership section of the Masterlist entry). Once this cooldown is over, you may trade or sell it. You are allowed to sell TC designs for the price of their initial worth, plus whatever you think their extra art might be worth, should they have accumulated any.
Designs
Provided you follow the trait guidelines, you may create TCs with any colors, markings, or body shapes. Your Toy Cherub MUST resemble their Bonded Toy in some way.
As we are allowing the use of real-life toys, we will allow Toy Cherubs to resemble popular characters from IPs, provided they have merch that matches the Bonded Toy types. The same toy may be used more than once within the entirety of the group, so long as it is interpreted differently. Therefore, please do not harass users for using the same toy as you.
Designs featuring things such as sexual content, heavy gore, self harm, racism, transphobia, homophobia, and ableism are not allowed.
Banned IPs
The following IPs are not allowed to have TCs based on them, due to certain reasons. Please do not question those reasons, and do not try to overturn the decision to ban them. Any designs submitted to the group that follows these IPs will be immediately declined. Repeated disregard for this rule will result in blacklisting from the group.

- Any real existing person/internet personality, even if they have merch
