General TOS

Please do not make characters using Planet Celestae closed species without MYO Slots!

By adopting or owning a character that's part of Planet Celestae closed species, you abide by all these rules.

Any and all Planet Celestae species concepts, lore, etc, cannot be copied or referenced in anyway. The lore is solely for Planet Celestae worldbuilding and may only be used with the species characters here. You may NOT implement any of the lore into your own personal stories or places that don't involve the species.

Use of any type of AI generators (ex. art, writing) is NOT permitted and will result in an immediate ban, no appeals. Do NOT put any Planet Celestae related art, images, lore, concepts into AI.

Masterlist

Please check the ML to confirm the design is approved before trading for any design secondhand.

All approved characters in these species will be added to the Toyhouse Masterlist and Charadex ML with their owner and designer(s) in the bio.

Character profiles must have creator credits sent to PlanetCelestae

This will be proof that your Celestian's profile is valid and officially approved.

• You may NOT create myo designs if you don't agree to this rule.
• Do NOT remove designer credit, we will take the design back and let the original designer decide what to do with it
• Individual designer TOS can be added to the custom terms of service section. Request here
• If you're found to have joined an myo event before reading TOS then later want to retract it due to disagreeing with this rule, you will be blacklisted from the species.

Please have designer credits be sent to designer

Only exception is when redesigning an OC into the species, in that case send designer credit to PlanetCelestae

Ownership

BubbleBirb must be credited for the species concepts, do not claim as your own.

DO NOT delete the Celestian's Toyhouse profile.

• [NEW] Deleting MYO designs you created without notifying staff automatically means voiding and you relinquish the ID number, as I assume you no longer want your species design. Said design will not be allowed to be resubmitted for approval, with or without MYO.

New owner must be let known of the species TOS and existence of the Discord server / Toyhouse world.

You cannot do the following with Planet Celestae characters:

• Create illegal or harmful content
• Use design commercially
• Co-own or create additional "profiles" for co-owner
• Draw NSFW content
  • This is a minor-friendly species! Both public and private NSFW content are NOT allowed at all, don't even think about it. (my species are literally robots, plant beings or living dessert respectively... don't make weird stuff with them)

Adopting

Species characters are obtainable via adopts, trades or MYO slots.

Only staff and approved artists may make adopts and customs using Planet Celestae species.

Use of MYOs solely for distributing the approved design as an adopt is not permitted.

Do not obtain adopts for the sole purpose of rehauling the entire design. Please respect the artist's work and only adopt if you like the design and would keep it in the species.

Please do not remove the link w/ the ML profile, we mainly use it to check for privated / deleted designs.

Reselling / Trading

Do not resell for more than listed base value

*Purposefully rushed art made with intent to increase BV won't be considered. Comparisons will be done with your latest art samples to determine eligibility.
**May increase BV only if the artist is okay with it, screenshot proof required.

Designs with BV $0 may only be traded or regifted. Includes designs originally purchased with species currency, which start at BV $0.
Designs obtained for free should not be traded unless additional art added.

Do not trade/resell to blacklisted people.

BubbleBirb must be notified of all transactions in order to keep the ML updated

• Staff are not responsible for anything that happens to a design if ownership changes are not updated properly
• Members are responsible to notify staff of ownership changes

Designs - MYO Submission Guide

Color, markings, pattern, and gender are not restricted.

Don't mix up traits of different species. Creating your own hybrid is not allowed, there will be official hybrids.

Staff can ask you to fix MYO designs prior approving if there's anything not allowed. Rejected designs should not be kept as offbrand/unofficial designs.

If redesigning an adopt / design not made by you, please keep it similar to the original. Updating ML image recommended for major redesigns.

Traits can be changed by using items. Reverting traits to base anatomy is free. Required traits cannot be removed completely.

MYO required if porting a design into the species or giving a design a species AU form.
The species version cannot be separated from the original and must be traded together, AU or not.

Character/Fandom-based Designs

Note: CBCs are allowed but not encouraged

DO NOT heavily reference/copy existing fandom/trademarked characters. DO NOT reference real people or countries.

You may use the same colors but you cannot copy the design or pattern of the reference character.

If making a CBC, please state which character you referenced so staff can check.

You may reference your own character designs that you have created AND own.

Voiding

the removal of a character from the species it is part of

Must contact BubbleBirb to void a Planet Celestae species character. Birb has the right to deny voiding requests of her designs.

DO NOT adopt a species character just to void it. Newly adopted designs have a 3 month void protection period.

Species name must be removed when voiding. ML ID will be up for grabs after 2 week cooldown.

Any and all Planet Celestae lore is exclusively for species use, by voiding, the character will no longer be part of the Planet Celestae universe.

Some traits must be removed due to being heavily linked to lore. For traits that aren't directly visible on the design, just disregard it. See list below

Offbranding

Offbrands of Planet Celestae species can NOT exist in any way, shape, or form.

• Offbrand species are stolen species concepts claimed to be "original" or a design that's not approved as official being used as if approved.

Offbrand characters can exist for personal enjoyment only, and may not be claimed official nor be used in events unless registered with an MYO slot.

Any F2U (free to use) species bases can NOT be used for offbrands.
