★ sleep sand: 

• The currency "Sleep Sand" is a fake currency.
• It's usage is only possible within the Somniwarden Species.

• Sleep Sand can't be traded, gifted or sold. Whoever, items bought with Sleep Sand can be traded.

• Sleep Sand will only be added to your bank account if you meet all the requirements of each prompt / event.

• The bank account is only under a member's Toyhouse username.
• Every member is only allowed to have one account. 
• If a member is caught having multiple bank accounts with multiple toyhouse accounts both bank accounts will be permanently closed.
• New / suspicious accounts without activity will be denied at the bank. If you're not active on toyhouse at all you're free to link other social medias so the staff can check it.

★ shop items: 

• Once an item is bought, there's no refunds. You're free to trade or gift the item, though.

• Items have a single usage system. They can be used only once, in only one character.
• By using a trait upgrade (Uncommon / Rare spells), it grants you the addition of a single trait per upgrade.

• Don't transfer Shop Items to blacklisted users.
• If the blacklisted user refuses to transfer away their Item, it will be voided until an unrelated non-blacklisted user owns them.
• The staff has the right to void the Item if the new owner is suspicious (people holding the Item for blacklisted users, etc).

• When trading, feel free to look for anything as long as it doesn't involve money (vouchers, etc).
• You can accept, for example: art, ocs, customs, writing, physical crafts, etc.

• Always link your Item's masterlist comment when putting them for offers.
• Don't forget to update ownership on the masterlist.

★ other notes: 

• The staff doesn't take any responsibility for unsuccessful trades, sales, etc., as well as scams and such.
• The most we can do is to ban and blacklist said users.
• Be careful who you trade with and always check the users' characters and slots to see if they're trustful.
• The Bank Log is reset every year (December 31 / January 1st) for organization purposes.

More rules can be added in the future as the staff see fit.

By owning Sleep Sand / a Shop Item you agree that you have read and will follow the species rules.

Failure to comply with them will result in permanent ban from the species, public blacklisting and voiding of any designs / items in your possession.
