Hachibos are a CLOSED SPECIES, meaning you cannot make your own unless you:

• Buy a MYO (Make Your Own) slot from MYO sales.
• Participate in a free MYO event.
• Earn a MYO slot in events (free raffle, themed event, etc).
• Trade for a MYO slot that someone else already owns.

You are able to either do that or buy a premade design or custom Hachibo from staff members or guest artists. There are also rare occurrences where MYO slots or premade designs will be given away for free in the Discord Server.

• We do not tolerate racism, harassment, sexist/homophobic or transphobic comments in the slightest and advise you to keep it away from our group.
• Please be respectful of our staff, we are really short handed and won't tolerate aggression. If one of our staff members are being disrespectful, please notify MochaChild or ArtricaBeats with proof of this.
• Please do not purposefully start drama in the group, this group is meant to be a safe haven in general and we would like to keep it that way.
• We do not tolerate scamming or tracing in the slightest. If you are caught doing so, you may be banned.
• Only guest artists and admins/moderators with permission are able to make adopts.
• Ban evading, if it does come to that, will not be tolerated. If you want to be unbanned, you can talk to us about appeal.
• If you want to participate in the group, you cannot use an offbrand/unofficial Hachibo. MochaChild is lenient on offbrands, so you won't be banned if you buy a Hachibo. If you buy a MYO slot from the shop or if you obtain a slot in a different way, you are allowed to make the design official if you wish.
• Do not mini-mod or pretend to be any of the admins/moderators! That is a quick way to get yourself a temp-ban.

Once you have your own Hachibo, you can submit it to the Masterlist HERE for MYO Hachibos, or HERE for non-MYO Hachibos.

There are, of course, rules to trading and masterlisting.

• You can trade your Hachibo 5 DAYS after they are created!
• You may NOT trade your Hachibo if they are not on the masterlist!
• Bought Hachibos from the owner of the species or from guest artists do not have a trading cooldown, but you aren't able to trade them until they are on the masterlist.
• You can only sell your Hachibo for the amount of art you bought yourself, including points. Your own art you create does not add onto the worth.
• If your Hachibo has no monetary worth, you are not allowed to sell them. You are only allowed to trade or gift them. The only kind of vouchers you are allowed to sell free Hachibos for are gift cards.
• Selling your Hachibo for more than it is worth (including adopts) will lead to us asking to refund the person that bought it. If you refund it, you will lead off with a warning. If you refuse to refund, it will lead to a ban.

Redesigning your Hachibo is actually pretty simple. You can redesign your Hachibo if you're unhappy with the design, and you can either contact a staff member for approval or get the redesign approved in the Discord Server. However, there are two things that you must keep on the redesign:

• Original Palette (Doesn't have to be the exact same, just must be around the same colors)
• Original Traits (unless you're swapping them out with another trait of same rarity)

All of the things listed here can lead to you being banned. You can also send an appeal to MochaChild or ArtricaBeats if you wish to be unbanned.

OFFENSES THAT WILL GET YOU WARNINGS

• Selling a Hachibo for more than it is worth and refunding it
• Tracing/Copying someone's design
• Trading a Hachibo that is not on the masterlist, or before the cooldown is up

OFFENSES THAT WILL GET YOU BANNED

• Selling a Hachibo and refusing to refund it
• Harassment/Attacking other users
• Creating offbrand Hachibos (refer to bullet 7 under Basic Rules)
• Breaking rules repetitively
• Constantly causing drama
