Myo Guidelines:
-Do not make a sdv oc without an myo pass, outside of an myo event, or without explicit permission from the Owner’s of the species.
-You are allowed to commission someone else to make your sdv design, as long as you have an myo pass. Please note, each artist may have different rules and we ask that you respect and follow their guidelines, as well as the species guidelines. Please make sure that the artist/designer is well aware of the species rules and guidelines before designing the sdv oc.
Design Change Rules:
-you must have your new design approved before it may be used, to do this either contact us here or on the Discord server
-Updated Characters must have some resemblance of their former design, and their old design must be kept with the character. The old design must be kept for future reference in new redesigns, or if new owners wish to revert the character
Custom Commission Rules:
- customs made by staff may be redesigned if wished
-TOS of staff may vary on payment plans, so refunds after the work has started is not guaranteed across the board
-Commissioned designs keep their value once they’ve been added to the ML. Example: The Wrenji you Comissioned for $30 will still be worth $30 once it’s added
-Commissioned Art adds to the value, Event and Fanart does not
