Dakotas are a humanoid species that feature a half and half design on each of them with split personalities. The designs can vary from very simple to extremely complicated and are considered a comfort species.

  Dakotas are born with no gender and the Dakota itself chooses their gender and pronouns while growing up an developing. They can only grow up to 5ft and are not very tall in general, They are a very petite species.  

Any Dakotas with extra features like ears, tails, wings and extra limbs are considered traits. Their clothing is made only by the most skilled designer in their land which is why they have such complicated designs and even impossible like designs!  

Dakotas can have any colour palette and markings that their creator wants to add to them while following the trait list and rules.

1. No bullying, harassing or any of the sort in the Toyhouse world or the Discord server. Don't put your dirty laundry in public for others to see.
2. There is no limit to the amount of Dakotas you can own.
3. All Dakota adopts, MYOs and ect have a universal 2 week cool-down before you can trade, gift or giveaway anything.
4. You may only make a Dakota by earning and using a MYO Ticket or becoming a Guest Artist for the month.
5. Use the correct forums and channels for the right thing. Make sure you keep your posts tidy.
6. Do not challenge a mod/admin or beg for mod/admin. It will result in a ban/kick from the world/server.
7. A Dakota is not official until it is submitted to the Masterlist. 
8. All Dakota admins can create any Dakota for free using all traits from Common to Legendary. If they wish to use traits off the list they must aquire a Special MYO. They may also still use other MYOs that they collect.
9. The creator and admins have the final say. Though they are the higher-ups you still need to respect mods/helpers that tell you to follow the rules.
10. No Dakotas may end up being owned by the following users, If there is a Dakota owned by them before being blacklisted then the Dakota just becomes Voided. If they are given to them after being blacklisted, the giver/seller will be blacklisted as a result:
    
    (If an admin has a problem with a certain user they are allowed to ask to have the user blacklisted from the species with evidence of whatever they have done.)
