GENERAL

• No characters or users who support discriminatory subjects like racism, Nazi, incest, pedophilia, etc.
  
• Do not claim the species, images, drawings, etc. as being yours.
• You must have a MYO slot to create and own a Hakaipuff.
• This species is created by and owned by LittleDoor

MYO

• You can use a pre-existing design for MYO.
• You can order a custom for a MYO slot you own.
• MYO designs can be voided, please let us know in advance.

ADOPT

• Adopts guest artist designs, mods and official designs cannot be undone. (unless the owner is blacklisted)
• Please follow the artist's TOS in addition to the species rules.
• Only the owner, co-owner, moderators, guest artists can create adoptables!

REDESIGN

• Editing/redesigning your MYO designs requires a store item. However, if the store is not yet fully set up, you can redesign it as long as it fits the trait of the 
• species. Please submit it for MYO Approval with the redesign and a note.
  
• Please seek permission from the original artist before editing your artwork.

VTUBER

• You can turn a Hakaipuff into a Vtuber but you will have to credit the species.
• You can only be a Hakaipuff vtuber if you have a MYO slot or already have a hakaipuff.
• You can share your vtuber lives on the server, I can even make a specific channel for vtubers.

OWNERSHIP

• You are allowed to sell/trade/gift your own design freely.
• There is a cooldown to sell/trade, you must own Hakaipuff/MYO at least 2 weeks before upgrading the property.
• Exchanged/gifted designs can only be exchanged/gifted.
• Co-ownership is allowed, however, I will not resolve disputes between co-owners.

STORE

• The store has new items being paid for by RC, PC, USD, BRL and DEVIANTART POINTS!
• If you spend your RC on something from the shop, they will be taken out of the bank.
• The custom character you can ask one of the Primordial Gods to make and he will go with the official base! NEW
