Planet Octopia

Goddess A long, long time ago, the Goddess felt very lonely in the universe. She decided to create life on a desert planet. She created eggs that will give life to creature in her image. The Takomimis. She watched her little world evolve and gave her people everything they needed. One day, the Goddess went away to explore the universe, leaving her planet without a gardian. On her return, in shock, she sees her planet in multiple pieces. She held the biggest piece of the planet with the tentacles of her ears, then she managed to catch 8 small pieces with each of her tentacles. She made a bubble with her hand to create a new atmosphere to protect the remains of the planet.

She created some very powerful eggs which contained demigods to protect the islands and its habitants. She made a promise to never leave the planet again. The ecosystem of the planet Octopia is very similar to the Earth one. The Takomimis have studied life on Earth from far away through Takomimi technology. They get inspired a lot by earthlings' lifestyle. The planet is in a different universe from Earth, but the Takomimis have created portals allowing them to leave their planet and explore different universes. They also can use them to travel between islands on the planet Octopia.

What are Takomimis?

Takomimis are aquatic and terrestrial humanoids with an interesting respiratory system. They can both breath underwater & air (they have gills and a nose). They have finned ears and animal ears with tentacle sticking out of each animal ear. Two glands on their animal ears are used to contain ink and poison. The bigger one is for the ink and the smaller one is for the poison. The Takomimi can control the amount of poison in their ink. They can evacuate their ink/poison by different ways. They can spit it, create dark clouds or even secrete it by their tentacle's suckers.

The way Takomimis live is very similar to the earthlings. They go to school, have a job, a familly, etc.
