The island. Thousands of moons ago, it was inhabited by a temporary settlement of two-legs. The fishers, the disgraced, the hopeful, the rich. Our ancestors would wait at their beck and call- prized as their pets, sheltered as their family.

It seems family is something two-legs leave behind.

They were abandoned, left to fend for themselves, on the wild husk of their former home. At the mercy of the elements, there was only one thing they could do to survive- sharpen up, smarten up, and form alliances with the ones they could trust. Over time, these alliances grew stronger, and our ancestors would each find a corner of the island that played to their strengths.

They became known as 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐧 of the forest, 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐧 of the islet, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐧 of the waste, and 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐧 of the meadow. But I'm sure you knew all about that... didn't you?

This island holds secrets. Each generation is left with more questions than answers, and when a storm devastates the clans, they must reconsider the lives they know at the loss of their leaders. Shadow is left with a shattered, barren home, River becomes despondent and cold, while Thunder and Wind only grow closer...
