Welcome to the Nightshade Isle, home of the Triwings.

This world is the hub for all things Triwing-related. The Triwings are a single, distinct flight of dragons based on the lore in the Wings of Fire books (though prior knowledge of them is not necessary). Triwings are quite distinctive, with various unique traits such as a lack of back legs, horns that flower within specific seasons, and 3 different subspecies with their own elemental powers.

After fleeing from their homeland of Pyrrhia, the Triwings looked far and wide for a new home, finding that in the Nightshade isles. It had previously been deemed uninhabitable due to its barren land and an overabundance of poisonous plants. Only by the three types of Triwings coming together could they create a habitable island. Ice bringers would bring snow and ice down from the mountains to help facilitate the coming of winter, and Foliage Bringers would help the island in its transition to spring, and continue to nourish the plants until it’s time for fall. All the while, Water bringers spend their time assuring the whole island had the water it needed to sustain life. While it has taken much hardship and intensive labor, the triwings now live a very peaceful life thanks to the work of several generations.
