Overview:
   The Xenonet Raceway (XNR) is a place that Xenonians like to go to have some fun with friends. The raceway is used day and night for both public and private races, ranging from casual to professional. The raceway can be used by any and all so long as proper ID and vehicle registration is complete. The only closed hours of the Raceway include 2am to 6am, where only employees (and sometimes their friends) can get in. This is the only possible time for a solo session, if you're lucky enough to have contacts.
   If you're on the inside, the Xenonet Raceway isn't so much fun in the sun as one would perceive it to be. A lot is going on downstairs in this organization, namely money laundering. Raids don't happen often, but when they do, it's best to hustle out as quickly as possible, even though the raiders know exactly who's at fault.
