Exiles are weak. They no longer bare their Markings on the stomach (the greatest shame) and the remaining markings become faded and black.
Exiles are only welcomed back as a PT if they prove their respect and regret. This may be impossible depending on the crime.
Exiles cannot preform any upgraded Specialties. Only the instants.
Exiles may not even be remembered as a PT. They may simply vanish from history once they die.
This is a great feat to happen. If an Exile is returned it may take awhile for the whole kind to accept their existence, and some may need to be protected by LEADER types.
