The Rugrats

A group of Toskals spread out amongst the Toskal world that fight against small crimes and nuisances while working to unveil some sketchy people and their big plans. A major enemy of theirs is an unknown couple that is known to kidnap and train others to be their minions and do their bidding; Bucky was one of the few that got rescued. They’re working hard to uncover their identities and take them down while also keeping a handle on all the smaller crimes the couple is making their soldiers commit everywhere. The Rugrats are spread thin but they do what they can and hope for other trustworthy sources to join.
