finally started to redo stuff

since we kinda closed papits again so no one can make on or even join we need to add some mini games :]c later ill set up some free games or gambles! some event mini-games will also be set up! probaly some more folders & homepage coding and adding the mutated papits to the servers! they are water based babys ;]c

Also get braced for new area like bug report, the official species guide & random little free myos randomly ;] the only time mini games and myos will happen is when we get papits full posted!

Also working on some new npc & adopts maybe? very into planing events! slick is not really active so Dream_cactus has been doing the codig ^^"
