1. Do I have to follow the species lore?
Nope, think of the multiverse. While there are species lore and extended lore added to it, you can put your own characters in other worlds and disregard species/ world lore entirely.
2. I don’t have a Sulaverse character yet, can I participate without one?
Of course you can, maybe you haven’t found the right inspiration to create one yourself yet or you haven't seen a design that you connect with.
3. I want to edit a trait or design of my character, can I do that?
Yes, you can, please check the shops or the TOS to know the requirements of how to edit traits or designs. But generally minor changes like hairstyle, outfits, etc... do not require notification. Except maybe to update the image on the masterlist.
4. Can I make NSFW/Gore of my Kshanggalin? Teipp? Enkeroche?
The Kshanggalin species is based on Filipino horror folklore, I don't think I should be one to judge. However, please tag all artwork appropriately. Please be responsible adults for the safety of the community members who are minors. If you want a gore-based character, please tag it appropriately.
The same goes for all species under the Sulaverse banner.
5. Can I make a hybrid with another closed species?
This is a blanket approval for anyone looking to make a crossbreed with a different species and vice versa. However, You need a special ticket to make a Kshanggalin hybrid. However, affiliated species don't.
6. Can I make a Sulaverse character from a pre-existing design?
Yes with permission from the designer. The OC and the Sula Citizen will be considered one and the same (no separation of it) -regardless of different backstories, attitudes, etc... If you were to UFO the OC, the Kshanggalin version goes along with the OC. Unless you've redesigned the Kshanggalin to be different from the pre-existing design.
7. Can I commission/ask/etc... another artist to create my Kshanggalin/Teipp?
Yes. Just make sure that your traits are correct and credit the designer.
8. Can someone give my MYO / Shop Items to someone else?
Yes, MYOs from the free events are only trade/gifted/freebies. Shop items are to be traded/gifted only.
9. Can I redesign the traits?
You can switch to the SAME Rarity without any special items, however, downgrading or upgrading requires items.
10. Can I draw my characters as Anthros?
Aside from Kshanggalin (as they are semi-open) Teipp and Enkeroche can be Anthros.
