Moving to a new world with a relaunch! We're back after one year wooo!!!! Returning with a Halloween event with some hidden games that will be released later (don't tell anyone else tho huhuh)
This bulletin now concludes the end of the Christmas MYO Event!
We will no longer accept any more submissions from this event! Thank you so much for joining and showing interest in this species!
After this bulletin there will no longer be halloween edition Candy Candy Dino's until next halloween!
Guest artists can no longer create Halloween Edition Candy Dino's but if anyone has a MYO ticket you are free to use it! (This does not include the Christmas MYO Event or GDE-17)
Plans For This Species:
This 2022 we plan on revamping the world and cleaning everything up!
There will be a new trait sheet and the lore will be completed.
We hope one day we'll get affiliated with other species and upgrade this species into a closed species!
We'll have a more organized discord and masterlist!
We plan on opening guest artists application and getting a permanent staff team :3

You are free to create a toyhou.se profile and add them into the world!
When trading selling your dino's please follow our rules that can be found in the World Pages!
Anyone found breaking these rules will be blacklisted and have their dino's voided.
If you change your username please let us know! We will edit the masterlist accordingly.
SELLING YOUR DINOS
Again, The Christmas MYO Event was free so we expect no dino's being sold! (Especially Game Event Dino's that was free this year!!)
Unless you bought art with real life currency or got the dino as a custom (for currency) do not sell your dinos. Please find another species if you do not like this.
Please do not sell any MYO tickets or Game Event Dinos (Unless you bought $$ art).
They were all free this year and we hope to continue making them free!
We will void sold tickets if they violate this rule.
Game Event Dino's that are sold for profit will be confiscated and given to the runner up.

You can submit them whenever! Please follow the submission for that can be found in the masterlist bulletin!
I will approve them and upload them into the masterlist regularly

Thank you so much for joining this event! All the new dino's completely have my hearts! It's very refreshing to see new designs and ideas concerning dino's aaaa, possibilities i've never thought of was implemented in your designs and it was really, really nice to see!! I'm surprised there was so many submissions in such a limited time aaa.
It's super fun to have a species based on games so there will always be a game system in the future!

INTRODUCTION
Today the creator of the species has decided to make a small event for our holiday.
They have put up such amazing game. Why don't you continue
to learn more. It will be fun and exciting!
EXPLANATION
In this event, you have a chance to make your own MYO however,
you will have to complete a game first before getting a ticket.
The ticket ONLY varies until January 1st so you have a time
limit on doing your own Candy Candy Dino character!
After completing the game, a discord link will be sent to you
so it will be easier for your design to get checked and approve.

Note: please make sure to put your toyhouse name
and please do not change your name until the game has ended.
RULES
I. Please do not cheat. Do not ask for answers from
other players. This defeat the purpose of the game and
fun. If found, you will be disqualified.
II. Do not plagarize. Do not copy nor trace any
existing design. This will lead you to blacklist.
III. Read TOS. Make sure to read the TOS of
Candy Candy Dino
IV. Do not steal. Please do not steal anyone's
character.
V. Do not steal. Please do not steal anyone's

VI. Do not harass other members.
VII. Strictly NO NSFW designs/arts sent to our server.
DEADLINE
The event will last till January 1st and expiration date of
the ticket is the same.
DISCORD SERVER
Like stated from above, the discord server will be sent
after you complete the game. After the event, the server
will be deleted because it's only temporarily.

INTRODUCTION
This may be the start of the bulletin but this is the end of our Halloween event for this year.
Don't feel bad nor feel disappointed because the Hallows plan to make more activities
just like this in the near future! We hope you stay tuned for more of our updates and
share this species with your friends. It would mean a lot to us! In this bulletin, we will
be announcing the final winners and their prizes.
PRIZES
Here are the prizes they will receive:
- 3 custom tickets from kitsuuki (DINO CUSTOMS ONLY and one each) the winners of the best presentation, explanation, and bingo sheet.

Aye we’re now at the time where the whole event is coming to a close!
To those who has achieved 3 tickets to participate in the master game we have invited you to a discord where we’re deciding the time and date of the master game!
If you are unable to make it/don’t have a discord then you can invite a stand-in to play for you! This discord is only for the master game so there is no official candy dino discord yet!

In the discord we will ask you to submit your three tickets! Once you’ve done that we will add you into the master game channel!
We will need your:
- time zone/when will you be available to play
-date you can play (within this week)
- and if you need a stand in
After that we will tell you one day in advance when the master game will be!
At first it was going to be November 24 but I miscalculated so we’re doing this so you will have better chances!
Ending:
Once there is a winner we will announce them in a new bulletin and give them the Halloween event prize!
There will be extra winners with hidden prizes for players with amazing entries for the three games!
In that bulletin we will conclude the Halloween event and go dormant until the next big holiday!

- Welcome to the third game. This is the final game before you can proceed to the master game. We look forward to your arrival for the finale.

- The game is simple. Tell us what you like or love or admire in paragraphs.

- You are FORBIDDEN to use any inappropriate images.
- You may NOT submit any hateful speech about someone.
- Slur words are NOT allowed.
- We don't tolerate any inappropriate words or language.
- If you're gonna be talking about someone, make sure they're okay with it.
- Break any of these from above you will be disqualified and if the crime is severe you will be reported.

- When submitting, you may make a character or a bulletin and ping our account
- If you're too shy to show in public, you may also DM us.
- Note: Creativity is the key (You may make a PowerPoint presentation, video, or editing)
