Starbies made for this event can be of any rarity therefore can use any traits

hello! the starbie species will be opening back up today for the second time! I am trying to revive the species so there will be a few events with staff applications for guest artists opening back up

So sorry everyone but this species is very hard to run by myself and my small team, so, I will be unfortunately closing down the species until next year, this species has been hard to bring back and I am thinking its just not the right time.
