Élodie, once known as Nymraya, was the goddess of divinity and the unofficial queen of witches. With her long, jet black hair and bright pink eyes, she has been described by many to have unsurpassable beauty and a heart made of pure gold. She was known as kind and generous, always giving to others and rarely accepting anything in return. Because of this, Nymraya became the beloved idol to those around her.

Her overwhelming kindness attracted curious humans; Her disciples. To Nymraya, these individuals were equals, and she was more than happy to share her knowledge with them. Jibrille was one of those closest to her, and sought more than just her kindness. Loyalty and companionship turned sour as more attention was given to Nymraya. Deep down Nymraya felt the tension, and even moreso once her beloved bird companion, Rafaela, took the form of a human. The more time spent with Rafaela, the more Nymraya began to fall in love with her, and the more tension rose between herself and Jibrille.

On the night of a large gathering, Jibrille invited Nymraya to dance, and Nymraya knew that it would be her last. She had been arrested the following day by those who once believed in her, and burned at the stake before the group—with Jibrille at the front. Her betrayal allowed her to gain Nymraya's powers, prompting her to start a war against Florrain that led to the survivors being dragged into her own "utopia" merely called the Underground.

While Nymraya's physical body was destroyed, her soul was trapped inside the body of a doll that Jibrille banished deep into a forest. With the knowledge that a majority of her friends had been killed by Jibrille, she could only pray that those survivors were safe and would reunite with her soon.
