Hot headed, unable to keep his shit together, and generally a social degenerate; he's quick to a pick a fight he obviously knows he cant win- but despite this has a good heart, somewhere, underneath the prickly tsundere- Sacha deeply cares for others in a way he can barely express in words or feelings; often putting himself in harms way to help creatures less fortunate than himself and seeing to they find good homes. With people, he's much more awkward and generally hard to communicate with. Probably because he wont stop talking shit.

>> Sachetyn comes from a country of other felines on the western, more tropical regions of the world; a cluster of islands of others like him. Most of his species can shapeshift, but being a Feral (A genetic variant), Sacha is generally incapable of magic and cannot, maintaining his semi feline appearance at all times, unlike others of his social class.
Like most Ferals, Sacha was generally seen as a lesser cat, with strange colors and his inability to even shapeshift, he was cast out of general society to live in the outskirts or wilds with other Ferals. Believing there was more to life, he left and started travelling for a place he actually belongs.

Some people have questionable goals in life; and Sachetyn is one of them. A nomadic heathen, he travels the world looking for a place where he finally feels like he'll fit in. In his many travels, he's made both friends and foes and generally causes a ruckous after shoplifting the local food stall for a loaf of bread, some ham, and the family pet.
That's right. The family pet.
If there's one thing Sacha knows he was born to do? It's pet animals. He loves anything smaller than him, especially if it walks on four legs and cant speak a word of english. He's made it a goal in life to discover, hold, and ultimately pet every single creature in the world that will be petted. This has made his never ending journey to find somewhere to call home less mundane and more along the lines of a personal quest.
Sachetyn rarely stayed in one place for very long; his natural way of sustaining himself was to steal something, wait for a reward to be offered, and then return it for profit. He never keeps, unless it's an abused pet or genuinely being mistreated. However, this tends to make for a poor reputation as people catch on, and he moved from place to place to hide his antics.
It just so happens once such instance of someone being unhappy with him resulted in getting stabbed and left in a dark corner. He was found by Cáel and picked up, nursed back to health and generally feels indebted to him. Determined to leave no loose ends, Sacha sticks around to attempt to pay the bigger, stronger, and more well off Doggoon back.
This would be much easier of Cáel wasn't such a nice guy, and would actually let him do so rather than being so persistently giving and making the debt in Sacha's mind so much steeper.
PERSONALITY
Sachetyn is an absolute menace, to put it lightly.

He refuses to admit he cares about anyone but small furry creatures, or acknowledge that anyone is even possibly more important. 10/10 the guy who comes over to pet your cat and drink your beer when you're not paying attention.
