I roleplay but I've never managed to actually fill in a RP meme template, because there's very little overlap between options on the RP meme and options I actually care about, so it'd just be a swath of N/A answers. So here's a chill, "design preferences"-style RP info template you can fill in with whatever you want.
- Uses bootstrap colors and is mobile-friendly.

- Be cool. You can move or edit the credit, but don't remove it.
