- His eyes glow in the dark.
- He looks edgy but he's a total idiot.
- Fishing line on tail doesn't have to be exact, and any number of things can be caught in it.
- He can technically take any form he wants and has abilities like that of a god- however he doesn't know that and has no idea how to use them....and no, he never figures it out either
In his former life, Mortimer was endlessly fascinated with life and living in the realm of his father, Death, deprived him of being a part of that. A poet and adorer of all things vibrant, he yearned for a world he was never destined to be a part of. Eventually, scheming to escape his father's home and flee to the living world. He succeeded, but it cost him his life, and his memory.
Resurrected now, undead, and without his former knowledge, he's....well, pretty stupid. The poet in him is certainly gone, and all that he knows is what he's come to re-learn in his time in the living world. Naiive and gullible, he doesn't really make the best choices in who to learn from. He's easily distracted, easier fooled, and getting stuck in things is generally just to be expected by him.
He can come across as eerie or unpredictable to those who don't know him well. Some people may even think he's making plans or up to something. Really, that's giving him too much credit
- Frequently gets plastic rings stuck on himself. He gets things stuck on his tail a lot and doesn't notice. Can't get them off anyway he's not that flexible.
- He is undead and doesn't need to eat/drink/breathe/ect. Formerly- he'd need to surface for air occasionally.
- Being undead, he is immune to the effects of time but he is not immune to damage. Despite his death- his demi-god abilities will still heal him to some extent. (He won't like - regrow limbs, but he can heal cuts and survive some things most mortals wouldn't.)
- He has nightmares of his old life, but can never piece together what any of them mean.
- Will actively avoid people that are better than him at something because it makes him feel bad.
- He can't swim that well despite being a sharkdog. Probably because his tail is 90% bone.
- Sometimes 'eats' fish but they always swim out of his mouth later. Awkwardly spits out fish in the middle of conversations
He is not aware of his past or origins. He is the son of Valefor. the god of the dead.
He however, did not want to follow his father's footsteps and fled. He was caught off guard by the humans ships- a foe he had not battled. Caught by them he was slammed into a rock which killed his mortal body; throwing him into a strange limbo between life and death, undeath. His memory ripped from him after the accident, his father has left him to seek his own fate.
Despite looking rather eerie or evil- he has a good heart, just as his father. He may be associated with the dead, but all he does is in good intentions and knowing what must be done.
He is Adrodimus' older half-brother. His brother has never met him and only knows vague stories of his runaway elder sibling.

A member of his father's court, who he loved before fleeing. She sought him out after his death, despite being betrayed by his leaving, and though he isn't quite the same as he once was she still has a soft spot in her heart for him.
