Otsilam

Otsilam's defining trait is his utter detachment from the world around him, being a silent observer of events past for a very long time. He has lost the ability to emphasize or become invested in anything outside of himself, and holds very little regard for things like 'reason', 'logic', and 'authority.' Most of his loyalty liesin the things in his life that have managed to stay. He is generally cold, blunt, dry, and doesn't care about the answers to the questions he asks.

He tends to view his perspective as the correct one, that only viewing life and never letting it touch him is the right way to exist - or at least it has allowed him to survive this long. Otsilam was "raised" in an environment that prioritized power and hierarchy. "Survival of the fittest" type stuff. 

However, once shaped into a human body so he can survive on Earth it's revealed he's deteriorating and vulnerable, trapped in a world and body he doesn't care to understand. Being yanked back down from space all the way down to the ground in a sense has been jarring and he isn't adjusting well. He will soon realize the key to surviving in this place will not be to "survive" at all, but to live.

Other stuff:

• Human language tends to scramble in his head and he has a difficult time articulating his ideas and thoughts; they often sound like they've been pulled through too many abstractions.
  
• His existence on Earth essentially being an error state causes reality to glitch out around him; somtimes he can control this ability but other times it happens when he's compromised, emotionally or physically. Pieces of matter simply cease to exist.
  
• There's nothing under the mask.
