I choose to disregard Terapagos's normal form because it's the ugliest thing I've ever seen. Terapagos in Gijinkaverse are always in their terastal form.

One of a small handful of Terapagos that were altered by the crystalline meteor which struck Paldea about a million years ago. While the meteor was the original source of the Terastal phenomenon, Terapagos as a species resonate with the remaining crystals and continuously produce the energy responsible for it. This particular member of the species is the most active of the bunch on the surface of Area Zero, and closely collaborates with [Shiny Pawmot] in the Zero Laboratory to study the timelines, bring in Paradox Pokemon to investigate, and keep everything charged and running.

Like all Terapagos, they have a unique type that Poke-Analyzers don't recognize, but that they refer to as "stellar". Defensively and in terms of effectiveness against other Pokemon, it seems to be identical to the Normal-type, however it resonates with all types in such a way that all moves used by them are as strong as they would be if they were that type naturally.
