About
Czecile has a most charming and proper older gentleman as his advisor unlike the other kings with their younger seconds-in-command. He values wisdom and caution, as well as moderation, and Elias has plenty of that to go around.
Elias is Czecile's eyes, mouth and hands in many ways - whereas the king doesn't make many significant public appearances, his advisor is ready to handle just about any gathering, meeting or other conundrum the king feels he need not face for whatever reason. To many, he is absolutely dazzling, and unbelievably charismatic - but his biggest strength is his duplicity, ironically enough. No one can tell what he's thinking at any moment beyond what he presents, and that suits him just fine.
The people of this world who do not love Czecile Ringwood do not scream loudly enough to be heard.

Elias is just about the only person in this entire world that Czecile feels that he can trust 100%. But that's a bit of a mistake, isn't it? A very, very big mistake indeed, ohoho... Because old Eli has secrets he will be taking to his grave, whenever he gets there.

Rin's a great kid! Always trying to help those in need, and chasing his dreams... Elias doesn't know much about what he's been up to these days, though.
