Kass has no magnificent backstory. She never went on grand adventures or fought incredulous beasts. She's just a cashier, simple as that.
But she's been a cashier for very long. And she spent years of constantly putting up with entitled and outrageous customers, listening to upper management bigwigs ignore issues they didn't want to handle. And after some time it took its toll on her. Her kindness and sympathy was completely drained, and in its place was anger and spite. She'll still help, she'll still wear a friendly smile, but she's done doing her best.

Notes: Yo, retail sucks. I worked grocery at first and that was hell due to all my other cashiers usually calling in on the spot, combined with an everyday battle with customers who either saw price tags wrong or wanted something to be angry about. I'm in retail right now and though I don't deal with the daily rush of customers, when I get a bad customer I get a BAD one. And our corporate office avoids as much talking to the customers as possible. I'm real fed up, even with the fact that I'm leaving soon. Originally I made Reggie to be my vent OC for retail, but the more I used him, wouldn't you know, he loved his job! So here's Kass, full of anger and rage!

Otherwise, she's constantly bitter and tired. She's angered easily, especially when she sees a customer coming her way or when her employees are avoiding work.

- The ability to suddenly make 12 million people interested in buying groceries the minute she tries to start her break.

- She's worked ever since she was legally able to, so she's done grocery for 10 years.

- Her dream job is to work at either a golf course or country club in a shack tucked away from civilization, repairing broken golf carts.
