A connoisseur in the making, Evangeline seeks to explore different sweets in the world and make a name of her own. Unfortunately, even small dreams like hers are never that simple - having traveled the road alone for so long, she wonders why each visit leaves her further and further dissatisfied. Though she doesn't realize herself, Evangeline craves attention from those who cross her path, but she's barely been able to keep solid contact with many for long. She's always happy to treat a stranger to one of her sweets, though her sudden friendliness can be sometimes overbearing. On the flip side, her sweet, perky nature can come in handy - she's not afraid to mingle with others, and it leaves her fairly knowledgable about current events, proper ettiquette and other town gossip. Evangeline is also more than willing to take any risk to get to her goal - a double edged knife which can paint her as either determined or selfish. Besides an obvious hobby of baking, Evangeline enjoys classical music, tea, and the sky at sunrise.

Recently on her travels, she's decided to cement herself in a town renowned for it's annual baking competition, at least for a while. Having been thrust into the position of a director's assistant after scrambling to find a job, Evangeline is now struggling to navigate a new world she's never set foot into, while simultaneously trying to find a way to pursue her passions.
