Over the top, energetic, and happy-go-lucky, Zin almost never calms down. Zin speaks in an exaggerated manner and emphasizes the main point of every sentence. He's quirky, which caused him to be bullied. Zin's overly positive attitude doesn't have a flip side, and he's truly 100% satisfied with his own childish behavior. Although he may not be perfect, Zin doesn't regard his mistakes as something he needs to get rid of, instead turning them into something unique instead.

Izu (childhood friend):
Izu and Zin have been together since Izu had saved him from a bully by throwing a Harry Potter book into the bully's head and yelling for a teacher. Zin stuck close to Izu ever since, and he often chats about school and other things with him. Zin and Izu trade secrets and never tell others. When Zin had learned of Izu's crush on Shinta, he swore that he would get them together. Izu had denied this but Zin didn't listen. He plans to be the wingman for their relationship.
Shinta (friends):
They often meet up in the halls and chat about their (terrible) science teacher. They don't really talk about much other than that- they're mainly just passionate about their hatred towards the terrible teacher. Zin's (correct) assumption about Izu's love not being as unrequited as he thought caused him to form a relationship with Shinta to try to crack a secret out of him. Zin ended up actually wanting to be Shinta's friend, so he thinks his plan will work out perfectly.
