Oisin is some sort of alien cat - probably like Mystic - thingy that came to Earth years ago. They wear a mask that hide a black and sticky face, that is either an infection or their true forms. They only unwear the mask when they want to intimidate or - in ultimate times - attack.
Where Mystic is the alien of water, Oisin is probably the one of light: The sort of thingy on their "mustach" can shine in the dark.
Design note
-always draw them with their mask, unless they're in intimidate or attack mode.
-they're very fluffy: their tail in particular.
