Ikhu was the acolyte to the lone revered Shaman of the Orcish coastlands.
He acts like he is still a part of the proceedings of his master, but he was kicked out for dabbling in dangerous practices- namely bloodletting and attempts of necromancy- without permission... Even now he resorts to all manners of seedy goings on to hone his craft, careless of how others view him.

He has the attitude of a cocky person, but all of his underhanded actions to make him come off particularly nasty, especially since he never apologizes, even toward the council members that have tried him again and again.

All Orcs know the importance and scarcity of Shamans. It's a dying form of divinity and better understanding of their world-- some say that most Shamans can perceive important happenings and turn the tides in Orcish favor; many Orcs claim that a Shaman can communicate with the most sacred of spirits-- nature itself.

Ikhu was slated to be an acolyte when he was a seedling in the womb-- the revered coastal Shaman said so without nary an explanation, so it was considered a mysterious blessing. Young Ikhu never strayed from his craft, his enthusiasm and pride at being chosen always a point of strength toward his character. But when the second Shaman he taught under passed, other Orcs noticed a change in his demeanor and actions.

Some Orcs claim that Ikhu's temperament was breaking under knowing he would never be chosen to be a Shaman, always an acolyte. But others gossip that perhaps there's more than just Ikhu's soul inhabiting his body...
