Hearts

Hearts has a soft and sensitive personality. When she feels attacked, she will never show it tho to not hurt the feelings of others. She's not shy and loves to talk, but always tries to give their opponent space to talk too. Mostly, she talks about the sea, ornaments and medicine as well as interesting sicknesses. She also loves to sing and cuddle, and can spend hours in her bed, if she wouldn't be a workaholic.

She also loves walks on the beach, but can't do them for long, since her legs are really weak. That's why some stronger gijinkas sometimes transport her on the beach, so she can help others outside or just enjoy the world with them. She can't stand arguments as well, so she either tries to calm both parties down or, if this doesn't help, walks away, even tho her thick legs are pretty weak.

Even if she doesn't show it, she's scared of the world and the bad news everywhere, so she hates to read the newspaper or magazines about famous people. But she has access to tumblr, where she's following some photographic blogs. Even tho she has access to the internet and all the information in the world, she stays on the most peaceful sites.

She doesn't even have television or a newspaper subscription. She's someone who wants to escape from the real world, not thinking about the bad happenings in the world. If she watches television, and some bad news are coming up, she will shut down the TV without a word, going to her bed and lay down for some hours. It really affects her.

Her hobbies are photography, helping and healing others, singing, dancing, walks on the beach, sleeping and working despite being weak.

• ● Healer: With this ability, she can heal burns, poisoning, frozen injuries, sleep illness and paralyzes much faster
• ● Artist: Is skilled in singing and photography. She still uses a polaroid camera, hanging up her photos in her small woodhouse. She's pretty "retro".
• ● Heal Pulse: Restores up to 50% of the target's maximum HP. It will fail if the target's HP stat is already full or if it is behind a Substitute.
• ● Wish: The turn Wish is used, the user will make a wish. At the end of the next turn, Hearts will be healed by half her own maximum Health.
• ● Healing Wish: Causes Hearts to faint, then the target gets cured of all status conditions and has full health
• ● Wake-Up Slap: Deals damage and will have double the power when the target is sleeping. It will also wake the target up.
• ● Healing Fish: She can breathe underwater and is sensitive to dry places. Her scales on her arms, legs and her belly are getting dry very easily. She tries to keep them always wet, because then they're producing a sticky secretion, which works like an ointment, making wounds heal much faster and hurting less. It's also used as a medication against dehydration, buuuuut it tastes very bitter.

  Hearts was born in her little home near the sea. Her parents, Shimmer and Shine, took a lot of care about her. Before she became the next healer, they were the couple taking care of other gijinkas. But since her parents were somewhat proudish of their popularity, they became unpopular pretty fast. They would always talk about how their job would earn them a lot of people who would be their bodyguards, and the people hearing this became salty.

  And so, after her 8th birthday, the parents left her behind in the night, so they wouldn't be attacked by very angry customers. After their escape, on the next morning, there were indeed angry customers banging at the door. When they broke in, they found a silently crying Hearts on the floor. And since they knew, how soft and kind the little daughter helped in the healing sessions, they would take care of her.

  Some disagreed, being afraid she would turn out like her parents, but most of them agreed on helping her getting food, wonderful childhood memories and parental love. And in this time, she met her later love interest Jaw, who is a total brutal dude on the outside, but a softie on the inside.

  Hearts still lives in the past home of her parents, healing and helping others. She still has some haters due to her parents and her popularity and her weak side, but she tries to help them as well, ending in some injures and arguments. But different than her parents, she's thankful for every help she gets and tries to share every single moment with her friends.
